All our pipettes are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanshp for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Your product will be duly reparied upon prompt notification in compliance with the following conditions.

• Defects or damages caused by physical & chemical abuse or normal wear and tear or resulting from the pipette being used in any manner other than as instructed in the manual are not covered by the warranty.

• The warranty is invalidated by non factory modification, which will immediately terminate all liabilities on INTECH for the product or damages caused by its use.

• The buyer and its customer shall be responsible for the product or use of products as well as any supervision required for safety.

• If requested, the product must be returned to us or the distributor in well packed and insured manner and all shipping charges must be paid.

• Routine cleaning and recalibration are not covered under the terms of warranty.
